Cancellation Policy
Need to change or cancel your order?
Our orders are typically processed the same day they are received, and leave our facilities by 9 am the following business day. We know our customers like to receive their orders quickly! We also understand that things change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to change or cancel your order.
Making Changes to Your Order
Prior to shipping, any changes to your order can be accommodated at no charge. Simply contact our team and we'll make that change for you.
Canceling An Order
Keep in mind that most orders are processed and ship within a few hours of being placed. If you need to cancel an order, contact our team and we will do our best to catch it before it leaves our facility.
Modifying or Changing After Shipment
Changes or cancellations prior to shipment can be done with no charge to our customers. Once an item has shipped, however, our vendors and partners assess fees to us to make changes or to cancel an order. We must pass those fees on to our customers who need to make changes after their products have shipped.
Change or Cancellation Fee Schedule:
- Shipment Details Changes (Name, Address, or Other Information) will incur a $20 flat fee.
- To cancel an order after shipment, the customer will be responsible for the shipment cost plus a 20% restocking fee.
- Once made-to-order items (Covercraft® and Westland® Exact Fit) are shipped they are unable to be cancelled or returned unless there are issues with workmanship or product defects.
