Where We Ship
48 Contiguous States - Physical Addresses (Home or Business)
All cover shipments in the contiguous 48 states destined for a physical home or business address qualify for our 100% Free Shipping for orders over $50. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after they are placed. All orders going to a home or business will be shipped via UPS or FedEx and generally arrive between 2-4 business days. Expedited shipping options, such as UPS 2-Day or 3-Day shipping are available at an additional cost. The cost for expedited services will be reflected upon checkout.
Hawaii/Alaska, PO Box, Miliary/Air Force Bases
Shipments to these addresses will be shipped using USPS Parcel Post. Any additional costs associated with shipping to these addresses will be reflected upon checkout. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Canada
Orders to Canada are eligible for 100% FREE Ground Shipping and arrive within 7-10 business days.
Canadian customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the Canadian government upon receipt of shipment. These fees are not determined until the shipment crosses the border, therefore these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Any returned shipments for failure to pay these duties, taxes, or brokerage fees will result in a 20% restocking fee minus any applicable return shipping costs.
Order and Shipping Procedures
Order Confirmation Email
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your order and summarizing all of the items you ordered. It will also include the shipping address. If there are any changes that need to be made to this information, please contact us as quickly as possible. If changes need to be made after the item has shipped, a change fee may be required.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
When all, or part, of your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email that contains a tracking number for the shipping service used. Each shipment will receive a unique tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by visiting your Customer Account page and entering the required information.
Multiple Packages
If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship separately and at different times. Our shipping confirmation email, and the associated tracking numbers will let you know which part of your order has shipped.
