An extended platform is an aftermarket or bolt-on option for a larger swim platform at the stern of your boat. If the swim platform is molded into or an integrated part of the boat, it is not an extended platform.
If the head of your trolling motor is stored on the left side of the boat, you should choose "PORT". If it is stored on the right side of the boat, you would choose "STARBOARD".
Support poles keep water from pooling on your cover, leading to premature failure due to the weight of water. The general rule of thumb we use is that a support pole is needed every 5-6 ft of boat length. For example, an 18' boat would need 3 points of support.
